What is a WAVE 1 wearable device?

The WAVE 1 wearable frequency device is an award winning, patent pending, proprietary frequency delivery system of light pulse technology which optimizes cellular communication and stimulates biological competency.  It has been created as an integrated wellness tool, offering adjustable straps, an anodized case and lithium battery for durability.

Who can wear the WAVE 1 device?

WAVE 1’s proprietary frequency delivery system of specialized light emitting technology is preferred for those seeking wellness.   

Our customers report that WAVE 1 supports lessening the symptoms of Lyme and Co-Infections.

What are the system requirements?

The firmware design requires Windows 7 Vienna or later or MAC OSX 10.7 Lion or later versions.

What kind of battery does the WAVE 1 have and how long does it last?

The WAVE 1 wearable device contains a lithium battery which has a one year manufacturers’ warranty.  For battery efficiency, charge your WAVE 1 device at 30% or more to ensure its longevity.  The battery icon is located on the main screen of your WAVE Assistant App, showing its current percentage of power.   

How is the WAVE 1 constructed?

The WAVE 1 is constructed of an anodized metal casing, a lithium battery, and highly specialized light emitting technology.  Firmware is installed in the operating system which provides control of the frequency delivery for your device. The mobile device is lightweight at 81 grams, and size is 90mm long x 48mm wide x 14mm high.

What is firmware?

Firmware is the operating system for your WAVE 1 device.  

Can I purchase additional frequencies for the current firmware version of my WAVE 1?

Currently, your new WAVE 1 device is pre-programmed with a set of comprehensive daily frequency sessions.  Your first 30 days is pre-programmed with the Detoxification Phase and this updates every 30 days with an opportunity to defer for longer periods. Your next two Phases are downloadable when you are ready to move on.  

How long does the WAVE 1 device last?

The WAVE 1 includes a one-year manufacturers’ warranty.  However, your device is built to endure daily use without damage. 

What does the WAVE 1 do?

The WAVE 1 wearable device emits frequencies, which are delivered through specialized light technology, into the body in a safe, gentle and non-invasive way.

How do frequencies affect the physiology of animals, humans and plants?

Frequencies have bioregulatory effects which can be seen in such examples as circadian rhythms in humans, mating behaviors in animals and growth and repair in plants. Frequencies increase a cells’ ability to communicate with other cells, tissues and organs.  

What is frequency?

The term frequency describes the number of oscillations per second and is measured in Hertz (Hz).  One hertz is equivalent to one wave cycle that passes in one second. ultra-low frequency electromagnetic fields are emitted by such properties as light and sound.

How are the cycles in the WAVE 1 programmed?

The WAVE 1 cycles are pre-programmed in multi-frequency packages, sequentially delivered, and timed for maximum effectiveness.  This is delivered in (3) 30 minute increments for an entire 90-minute protocol session.

What is the duration of each cycle?

Each cycle is 30 minutes in length.  There are 3 cycles of 30 minutes, totaling a 90-minute session. 

There are select cycles where you are able to increase beyond the 30 minute delivery time. For customization, increase cycle times on the following:

Phase 1:
Stress Anxiety up to 4 hours
Balance & Restore up to 8 hours

Phase 2 & 3:
Stress Anxiety up to 8 hours

Post 90 Day Protocol:
Stress Anxiety or Balance and Restore up to 8 hours

What is being delivered in each session?

The WAVE 1’s proprietary frequency cycles contain unique applications of layered frequencies which stimulate the body’s optimal functioning.

Your first 30 days is pre-programmed with the Detoxification Phase and this updates every 30 days with an opportunity to defer for longer periods. The Target Phase (2) supports reducing the symptoms of Lyme and Co-Infections. The Intensive Phase (3) offers the most comprehensive package of frequencies which further reduce the symptoms of Bacterial, Viral, Parasitic, and Fungal co-infections seen with Lyme.

What happens after the initial 90 day protocol has been completed?

After 90 days, daily use of your WAVE 1 device will provide continued support as an integrated wellness tool.  Our Lyme customers have found maximum results with continuing the Intensive Phase (3) after the 90 days of protocol. 

What are the differences in the light colors on my WAVE 1?

Purple, Blue and Orange lights on the side are the indicator lights. They change color when they move from one frequency cycle to the next. 

What are the lights underneath the anodized case?

Red and multi-colored lights on the bottom of the case are the LED’s which indicate the intensity of your cycle.  

Does the WAVE 1 have electro-magnetic frequencies?

The primary energy output is light frequency.

What does the research show on frequency technology?

Laboratory studies have demonstrated, with great significance and biological benefit, low-intensity, low-frequency electromagnetic fields (EMF) therapies for living systems. It is now well-accepted that Ultra-low EMF may induce changes in living systems on the organism’s tissue, cellular, membrane and subcellular levels. 

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

How long do I have to wear my WAVE 1 device?

We recommend the WAVE 1 be integrated as part of your balanced and healthy lifestyle on a daily basis for a minimum of 90 minutes or more.  Wearing the device will continue to support your wellness goals as you use it. 

Can I change the cycles?

Your WAVE 1 device is pre-programmed and timed for maximum efficiency, determined by our panel of physician experts.  At this time, a session will run for (3) 30 minute cycles for a total of a 90-minute session. 

At the end of the 90 minutes, you may continue to wear WAVE 1 based on the length of time you’ve selected on the App.

Can I change the length of time the sessions run?

Each cycle contains WAVE 1’s unique applications of layered frequencies which stimulate the body’s optimal functioning, bringing balance to your body’s systems 

What is being delivered in each cycle?

What can I expect when using the WAVE 1 device?

You may experience effects that are truly your own, as each person is unique. Depending on your personal physical needs, the device will assist in balance and restoration of your body’s systems.

Can I use only the Detox separately without the other supportive frequency packages? 

No, the pre-programmed phases have been determined by our expert physicians and include an initial detoxification phase as an important step throughout the usage of the device. The Target and Intensive Phases include Detoxification for maximum effect.  Your WAVE 1 is intended to be used as a wellness tool, enhancing your body’s best functions.

Are there any side effects from wearable frequency devices?

Because the device works by balancing and restoring your body’s own cells, tissues, organs and systems, there are no side effects.  

Will I experience a detoxification or clearing reaction, otherwise called a herxheimer reaction by some?

Detoxification and restoration will be experienced by each person based on his or her own physical state.  There is no way to determine or anticipate what any one person will experience.   You may need to decrease the amount of time, or the intensity of your device session until you reach a more comfortable state.  When ready, you can advance your intensity levels again with an increased tolerability. Can I wear my WAVE 1 while I sleep?

Yes. Many of our customers have reported improved sleep patterns. However, if you are extremely sensitive, it may be too stimulating.  It is recommended wearing it a few times while sleeping so that you can determine what is best for you. 

Can I wear my WAVE 1 while I exercise?

No.  It is not recommended to wear your WAVE 1 device while you exercise.  Sweat and moisture will corrode the device and affect performance. 

How do I care for my device?

Your WAVE 1 device can be wiped with a soft, dry cloth.  Please ensure that it is not in contact with water or moisture.  

What if I don’t feel any different after the initial 90 day protocol is complete?

Working with your health-care provider before, during and after any program is recommended for best results.  Follow up with your provider after the initial sessions and report any experiences that you may have.  

How does frequency delivery differ from other forms of bioregulatory methods?

Bioregulatory methods are used to regulate the body to return to a state of balance and restoration.  Frequency delivery is a bioregulatory method.  Acupuncture, herbals, homeopathic remedies, PEMF mats, energy coils, essential oils, ozone and electrical stimulation are forms of bioregulatory methods that balance and restore the body.  Each of these methods differ greatly in their philosophy, indication, and application.

What happens when I receive my WAVE 1 device in the mail?

You will be welcomed into the exciting world of frequency delivery and light emitting technology.  Your first step is to download the WAVE Assistant App, then register your device through the App’s interface to help activate your initial WAVE 1 use. Refer to Getting Started.

Why do I need to register my device?

All users must register their WAVE 1 to activate WAVE 1’s technology. Once registered, FREmedica can also help guide you along your experience and offer service support on your progress, when requested. For your other advantages, visit our WAVE Assistant App Page.

When and How do I use my WAVE Assistant App?

This tool is essential for your usage of the WAVE 1 device.  Connect your device to the WAVE Assistant App at least once weekly to customize intensity settings, update your activity log and user information, gain access to FAQ’s, check battery level, and download critical firmware when available. You will use your WAVE Assistant App to automatically transition to new firmware every 30 days during your initial 90 day protocol. The WAVE Assistant App allows the user to load the frequency packages onto the device, once connected.  Connecting your device to the WAVE Assistant App will allow customer service to review your activity and answer any questions you may have while using your device.  

How do I find my WAVE Assistant App?

As soon as you download the App, please plug your device into the computer. You will then be asked to register your device. Once complete, your WAVE Assistant App’s main screen will appear, showing the beginning of your first Phase of frequency packages.

What do I do if I experience unwanted responses during my protocol?

If you experience any type of unwanted response, immediately discontinue use of the WAVE 1. Call your primary care physician, or health care provider to report your experience. If this is an emergency, call your first responder network (911 or equivalent) or go to your nearest Emergency Department.

How does my WAVE 1 get shipped?  

FREmedica ships your new WAVE 1 device in the United States and internationally through DHL and FedEx.  In Canada your device will be shipped through Canada Post.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to complete processing and 4-6 business days for your device to arrive.   

What if my WAVE 1 gets lost in shipping?

Once your purchase is completed, we will provide you with a tracking code.  If your shipment gets lost, please refer to the tracking code belonging to the shipping carrier for further details.

What is the Return Policy for the WAVE 1 device?

For information regarding refunds, replacements, and repairs, please see the bulleted information below. Fremedica™ offers a 60 day return policy (refund less any return shipping costs and damages where applicable), with an option to extend this return policy to 90 days. Within 61-90 days, a refund is available less a restocking fee of $250, in addition to any return shipping costs and damages, where applicable. Once your return is received and the product is assessed, you will be notified by email outlining details. Your item must be returned in its original packaging. An authorized cheque will be mailed to you within 14 business days, less the required costs incurred. FREmedica™ Technologies Inc. (FREmedica™’s) Refunds/Return policy is the same company-wide, including the terms for Refunds/Returns with reseller and referral affiliates. 

 

Refunds:
  • 0 – 60 days of purchase
     Full refund, less any return shipping costs and damages where applicable
  • 61 – 90 days of purchase
    – Refund minus $250 restocking charge, AND less any return shipping costs and damages where applicable
Replacement:
  • 0 – 30 days of purchase
    New device replacement and renewed Warranty Period
  • 31 – 90 day of purchase
    Refurbished device
Repairs:
  •  1 year from date of purchase
    Repairs for manufacturer defects have no charge
    – Repairs for non-manufacturer defects have a $500 charge

Return Shipping

To return your device consistent with the Warranty terms above, you must initiate the process by contacting us at returns@fremedica.com and we will review Warranty compliance and take steps to authorize the return, including a return shipping label. For all other device returns, outbound shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the sending party.

What is covered in the Warranty?

The device includes a One Year Limited Warranty on parts and labour. The device is NOT water-resistant or waterproof. If the technical hardware is exposed to water or sweat, corrosion may occur and voids any Warranty provisions.

What is the cost of a refurbishment or repair?  

Beyond your One Year Limited Warranty, a Battery Replacement is $100, a Repair of non-manufacturing defects is $500, and a Refurbishment of Technical Hardware is $750. 

Repairs for manufacturing defects have no charge. 

What is the cost of a device upgrade? 

Device upgrades are available only for Waveforce™ products associated with a registered customer.  A 50% purchase price credit to be applied towards devices of equal or higher value may be available upon receipt of the existing device in working order.
